Start your own good tasting VEGAN fast-food type place, you could probably start one up if you had between .5 and 1 million dollars I mean to DO IT RIGHT. CLEAN GOOD TASTING ETHICAL food..... you need to know how the food is grown, simple meals to start the venture could include basics and then expand: delicious plant base dburger(several types) , chilli(use TVP), barbeque, hummus bagel sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, use yeast free breads etc etc

....go to a college town and appeal to a college kid group or try to get in at the HIGH SCHOOL Age level ...obviously any age but to start you need to probably go somewhere to a make an impact.

Do you really want a franchise? Please consider the following:

1) You need to fork over at least a 6-figure cash sum up front; the highest I've heard of was $1.5 million.
2) You have to pay to get training to run the franchise.
3) You have to pay an annual franchise fee.
4) Some companies choose the location for you, and it's a "take it or leave it" situation.
5) Some companies also buy the building your franchise is in and lease it to you, so you'd have to pay rent to the franchise company.
6) You make approximately the same amount of money that you would've made as a normal manager.
7) To double your income, you need to open at least two more stores
