China is a big country and some dishes are really hot - especially from Sichuan. Not sure if you want to shred the chicken or the chili? Try looking for Szechuan or Sichuan recipes. Hot stuff.

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ onion, cut in half
1 stalk celery, cut in 2 or 3 pieces
1 cup chopped onions
32 oz canned nsa diced tomatoes, undrained (we chopped them up so they are a little finer) (BMOS Note: Unless you’ve found some imported canned tomatoes which are nsa, chances are good the product you locate will be in the 28 oz range. This should be fine, or you may add a bit extra tomato if you wish.)
6 oz can nsa tomato paste + 6 oz can water
6 oz can nsa tomato sauce (BMOS Note: Most canned tomato sauce seems to be in 8 ounce cans. Again, I wouldn’t worry about the two extra ounces, especially if you’re also using only 28 oz of canned tomatoes.)
31 oz canned nsa pinto beans, drained, or about 3½ cups homemade pintos (BMOS Note: Eden Foods offers an organic line of pintos which are nsa. Look for them in health-oriented markets such as Whole Foods or Wild Oats or purchase online. )
4 teaspoons nsa chili powder
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoon pepper
Sauté 1 cup chopped onions until tender. Set aside. Place chicken breasts in a stock pot, along with the ½ onion and celery. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked and easily pulls apart. Remove chicken and save broth for another recipe. Discard onion and celery. Working with 2 forks, shred chicken. (I do not recommend chopping or cutting the chicken as this changes the texture of the chili.) Return chicken to pan. Add in sautéed onion, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, water, tomato sauce, and drained beans. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients:-
-1 refrigerated roasted whole chicken (about 3 lbs.)
-1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes & jalapeno peppers
-1/4 c. sour cream
-1 tbsp. chili powder
-1 tsp. salt
-1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
-8 (8") flour tortillas
-1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (2 c.)
-1 c. loosely packed sliced iceberg lettuce
-1 sm. tomato, diced
About 1 hour before serving:
1. Discard bones and skin from chicken and pull meat into thin shreds. In bowl, stir shredded chicken, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers with their liquid, sour cream, chili powder and salt until well mixed.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread 1/8 of refried beans evenly over each flour tortilla. Spoon 1/8 of chicken mixture across the center of each bean topped tortilla. Reserve 1 cup of shredded cheese; sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over chicken on each tortilla; roll up and place burritos, seam side down in 12"x8" baking dish.
3. Cover baking dish with foil and bake 30 minutes or until burritos are heated through. Remove foil and sprinkle burritos with reserved shredded cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
4. To serve, sprinkle lettuce and tomato over burritos. Makes 4 main dish servings
ENJOY!!

I prefer both fruits and fresh vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
