I seriously, I live by this. I used to have the world's WROST hangovers, but this trick has seriously saved my life! I put 3 (I'm going to spell this so wrong) alceselsers into a glass of water, let them completly fizz and then down it. It tastes horrible and it's hard to choke down, but it saves the day!! Seriously. My fiance has tried to use those pills called hangovers and they did not work at all! He said that they just made it seem like he wasn't hardly drunk at all when he was drinking. So seriously, those work. Try it out and see for yourself. I swear by them now!! I was so hungover once and I had to go wakeboarding that day early. So I took some and by the time we were hitting the waves, which should have made me puke my guts out, I was 100% fine!

When a person drinks any kind of alcohol, it inhibits something called ADH (AntiDiuretic Hormone). The function of this hormone when released is to conserve water in your kidneys when your blood pressure is low. Alcohol prevents ADH from being released so you lose more water, that's why you pee more when you drink. Dehydration is the leading cause for symptoms of a hangover. Drink a glass of water per drink and u will feel fine. The trick is to stay hydrated. That's it!

Once you've stopped drinking, drink 2 or 3 bottles of water before bed to try to rehydrate yourself. In the morning, take 2 excedrin, and drink 2 or 3 more bottles of water. The water helps to flush out the alcohol and toxins in your body, and may help with any headaches the next day.

Pedialyte
it is sold in the baby aisle
get about four quart size bottles of one of the flavors
the plain is yucky, tastes like oily water
this stuff will replace your electrolytes
then you'll feel good enough to eat some fast food
that will get your blood sugar levels back up

sleeping it away, peeing all the alcohol out, and drinking tons and tons of water... and i've heard that if you drink a beer when you first wake up with a hangover, it gets rid of it... not too sure though

The BEST way is to not drink alcohol. It pretty much eliminates the possibility of getting one in the first place. If you have one, take some ibuprofren (Advil), take some Vitamin B, and drink tons & tons of water.

I was always a fan of the hair- of the -dog method.
buy a 6 pack, chug the first two ,drink the next four in under 30 minutes , works wonders.

Easy as pie, not as tasty though. Before a real serious session, open up a can of Norwegian sardines, drink the oil, and believe me, you will drink far more before you really get **** faced, and you will feel much beter the next morning.
