Does a person already taking tb medication still affects/transmit the disease?

Mu husband got a Pott's disease and he's alreadt taking medicines/therapy after a spine operation. will my 2 kids acquire the same disease since they sleep with us in a common room?

Pott`s disease is not transmitted by contact.
