I was watching the food network yesterday and there was a throw down with Bobby Flay / Tobin Ellis Bartender mixology and how he made a drink called ( ASPEN MINT MARTINI) I WOULD LIKE THAT RECIPE BUT CANNOT FIND IT. Anyone know it. I been searching for it everywhere on the internet.

try this at christmas time, 2 shots peppermint schnapps, 1/2 blender full peppermint ice cream, rest with ice, mix in blender, pour in glasses, top with whip cream. or there is a site called the drinkingplace.com. they will send you free newsletters if you sign up.
