how long does it take to get a new car title?

i sold my car but the title was in my moms name... i singed it with my name how long does it take to get a new one? is there any speedy title?>

found out went to DMV 2 days ago....... for a duplicate title it is 20$ but it takes 7-10 days or you can get a speedy one which is 20$ plus 26$ for 2-3 days which you pay the 26$ as COD

You should be able to go to the local DMV and walk out with a new one. For a small fee.
