Do a full Thanksgiving meal on Thursday ( ie - turkey & dressing, gravy, mashed potatos & a couple other sides ) Friday do a ham with other sides you didn't make the day before. Saturday, do turkey chili, brats & fixings for the football bonanza & Sunday do all the leftovers from Thurs & Fri.....Homemade turkey soup would be a close second on the Sunday meal.....

Of course Thursday you will have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
How about making Lasagna,or buy the stoffers Lasagna all ready made. Chicken Cutlets Salad and String beans. Italian Sausages,Potato wedges and onions,Baked in the oven. Try Friday having breakfast for dinner and make it buffet style.
The Lasagna and the Sausages you could do now and freeze so you can enjoy you guests.I think by Sunday you should be wined and dined....Have fun

First of all, get the Xanax...lol...Bless you! You're very brave! Why don't you save yourself some time and trouble at least for the first night and buy 2-3 Turkeys and a ham from Boston Market! They really are good! Friday, let them make sandwiches, Saturday, make a Turkey soup and if there's any leftover ham, make ham croquettes; of course, you can do the mashed potatoes, stuffing and veggies! Oh, don't forget the cranberries (whole berry and smooth)...buy plenty of artisan breads for the sandwiches....go easy on yourself, doll!

Well, the day after maybe a lighter dinner like fish or seafood.
I would make turkey tetrazzini with leftovers and you have to make turkey sandwiches, for sure.
Pizza or Pasta is something that can feed a crowd and it's easy.
Or make a Mexican meal ( tacos, burritos or enchiladas )

The original meal is turkey with mash potatoes asn canberry sauce. Also beside that , I used to make my own pumking pie, and add about half of cup of Wiskey! It just gives it the right taste!!

I always do a leg of lamb. cut slits and stuff it with bits of garlic, then roll it in herbs. I do this a few days in advance, so whenever I want to cook it, it goes right into the oven from the fridge.
Delicious!
