The virus that causes genital warts (HPV - Human Papilloma Virus) is mainly passed by some sort of sexual contact.

Vaginal, oral and anal sex can spread HPV and any direct skin to skin contact with the area like "dry humping" or rubbing genital areas together with someone who has warts.

Chances of getting HPV from a toilet seat is basically impossible. The only STD I have read about getting from a toilet seat are crabs (pubic lice) and even this is REALLY rare!

genital warts are caused by the Human Papillomavirus and is one of the most common STDs and is the virus responsible for cervial cancer. Warts on your feet and hands are not the same. They are transmitted sexually / by contact and fluid transfer. You need to see a doc for medicine and especially if you are a woman.

You cannot catch any STDs from toilet seats, only from other people.
