I think it is most important to ask yourself why you are looking for such information and what information you are looking for. If your intent is to use the data gathered to do something illegal you need to stop. If not, there are ways to extract background information of a person, but to my knowledge none are free. If you are serious about gaining in-depth information you should revert to a professional and talk to a private investigator or look into shelling out some money online to order a package deal.
