I love it with sushi. Hold the pickled ginger, please and bring me some pickled radish. And extra wasabi. And if he/she is a good little waiter, they will make sure that my wasabi comes shaped like a mini bonsai tree--or at the least a praying mantis.
With my sushi, I'll take a warm soup on the side, and a nice crisp drink (gingerale?)--wait, am I answering the question?
Could be good on chicken breasts chunks too I think. Not beef or pork though, blechem. Those meats have too much of a heavy, greasy, pronounced flavor.

Oh, I love wasabi. Chinese horseradish. I put it on my pork, chicken and beef. I mix it in my mashed potatoes sometimes. I like to use it on any kind of egg rolls. Mixing a little into your salad dressing and tossing that really gives it a kick. But a little dab will do you. Oh, I also mix it into my ranch dressing to use as a dip for veggies, cheese, or bread. Makes a great dip for chips too. Adds some kick to it.

On anything you can eat mayonnaise with.
Wasabi mayonnaise is next to Heaven on Earth. Next to horseradish. Or turnip. Maybe mustard?
