My wife and I loved silk, but then we got tired of spending the money...so we bought our own soymilk maker! I tried 8th once, it was pretty good!
Look into this soymilk maker...we love ours!!!!!! I figured up the cost once...it costs us about .18 cents a liter!

I haven't tried 8th Continent Soymilk but I've tried. Great Value Soy Milk. The best milk that there is is the one my grandma makes homemade, it taste just like regular cow milk with of course no dairy. I personally don't really drink it because is too real. It just prefer what type of quality you are looking for. Some soymilks have the same exact ingredients with a little difference. Looking at the 8th Continent website more like for people that workout. Perhaps it has more nutrients.

I love 8th Conitnent Soymilk. It's what I originally switched over to when I stop drinking dairy. Then after a while I started drinking Silk. I'm really not a big fan. It made my cereal taste funny =P. I switched back to the 8th and I'm wondering why I ever left it.

Silk wins hands down. I ahve tried 8th continent, but had to go back to silk.

It is the only one that dairy drinkers seem to be able to switch over to without a lot of adjustment.

I prefer silk. Mostly I make unflavored soymilk at home in my soymilk maker. It's cheaper and fresher.

Silk, be careful with your soy intake, they body actually recognizes soy as estrogen and it messes with the way your body naturally produces this hormone. If you have totally switched to all products soy (Edamame, Soy Cheese, Soy Burgers) just remember moderation. Just like anything else there is such thing as too much of a good thing.
