If the person you are having intercorse with has AIDS then you will most likley get it if you are not using protection, If they dont have it and you dont have it neither of you will get it from that "episode" of sex.

yes...if your partner is infected..get him tested...and my daughter workd in an immunology lab doing HIV/AIDS research..it is NOT a hoax(in response to another answer on this page)
