The pain is about 1/3 up my left bicep and seems to be wrapping around my arm. (It is not going up and down the arm.) I do not have any chest discomfort and I am not short of breath. The pain in my arm is not stiffling, it's just concerning me. FYI: Over the weekend I had a slight fever of 100.3.

What you are describing does not sound like cardiac involvement. The elevated temp you had over the weekend may or may not have anything to do with the pain in your bicep. However, if you are concerned see your doctor.

If at any time you feel uncomfortable about pain anywhere in your body...don't ignore it.
During a heart attack, the pain that begins in the arm generally will radiate to the neck. This is not always the case though. Sometimes people can have a major attack and have nothing for symptoms except a slight discomfort. Everyone also has different levels of pain tolerance.
Does the pain get worse with exertion, movement, activity? Is your heart feeling like it is racing? Are you more tired, lethargic?

Seriously,go see your physician if you are concerned. It is best to be safe than sorry.

You might have pulled it or you could be stiff from the fever, sleeping funny, or a torn muscle... If it itches when you massage it then you have a pinched nerve. It sounds to me like you brused the bone though.
Please answer my question since I answerd yours, it's a anime about werewolves and what people want to see your input would help a bunch.
