You wouldnt be able to tell, you should go to the doctor and get your mouth swabbed and tested if youre having any doubts. That could get REALLY serious if left untreated.

There is no notable difference. A person would have to suspect they've contracted Gonorrhea, or know they've had contact with a person already diagnosed. Although throat gonorrhea has such mild symptoms, it carries all the dangers of the disease and needs to be treated with antibiotics as soon as possilbe. A simple culture can be done by having your throat swabbed and takes about 48 hours to produce results.
