no hunny it cant BUT it can cause a bad UTI. which is an unrine track infection. just drienk lots of water and canberry juice. yeast can be found in more things then you would ever imagine. try to lack off of breads and if you drink the beer,thats a major yeast factory. yogart is GREAT for getting rid of that stuff too. generally one aday helps keep it away for good.

No a yeast infection goes away on its own because its a bacteria and all bacterias go away but your vaginia will itch very badly.

no. go to your .dr. andhave him give you flagel.250. mg for tratment and dont have sex till treated if you have a sex partner he or she will also need treatment as well or you will become infected again . my opion?
