Like my toaster that always burns things my kettle is sooo old I need a new one! Any good ones out there or ones to avoid! I like the singing kettles, any out there that play .mp3 tunes?

Just go for one thats a well known make! Tefal have never let me down, nor morphy richards
You can buy electric ones that look like singing ones (without that inconvience of having to remove it from the stove!)
Can't go wrong with the cordless ones with the bit flat element, collects less limescale and is easier to clean when it does!

I have a West Bend electric kettle. I've had it for over ten years and it's still awesome. I use it several times a week. I picked it up at Wal-Mart for maybe $12. I'll never go back to a stove kettle.

For the kettle, I bought mine in a supermarket for £4.99 and it works perfectly well. Although I use it one a day for the coffee in the morning so I can't really say that my kettle is having a hard life

You can find one's at garage sales (I got a good one) Or you can go to ebay.com and find one. Walmarts a good place to.
