No, but there are ways to prevent it.
Wash your hands and face daily before each meal and after
Take your one-day vitamin
Eat three healthy meals a day.
Exercise and drink lots of fluids daily at least one gallon of water everyday.
Your health and your age means the best immunity against Flu.

I just got over two. I had one in mid-July till the end about two weeks. I got over that, then had to have my gallbladder removed, in the beginning of August. Came home took antibiotics for about ten days; within 5 or 6 days I had another flu with a fever and asthma. Nice summer.

Yes! I had it a fortnight ago, my best friend at work is off at the moment cos of it, my other friend has just got it and my boyfriend's just started complaining of being really warm and stuffy- oh dear. Guess I'm not gonna be very poplar with them for a while..... I hope you feel better real soon, get well hugs xxxxxx

Yes i had it last week, lasted for about 6 days, head ache, ear ache, back ache saw neck, hot and cold, tempreture, Yes i had it alright!! only when i just recoeverd i had tonsilitis, conjunctivitis and 2 ear infections, still on the 10 antibiotics untill this wednesday - a 10 day course!
Feelin better though now!!!!

I had just recovered from Gastroenteritis (still not sure why/how I got it), when I came down with the flu, or at least a bad cold! So yes, I have it ...

My friend's just been hospitalized, but not for flu so much as a bacterial infection. It's no fun! If it lingers, go back to you doctor. Hope you're better soon.

Michigan here, got it 3 days ago out of nowhere... no one else was sick, I hadn't been outside for the 24 hours prior to getting it (Work at home) ... been horrible :/

i feel a bit under the weather, my mouth tastes rotten i have a sore head and i think i was burgled during the night. all my booze has dissapeared from the fridge
