I like gundudi rice....the gundudi is pidgeon english for the gundule beans in it, and made with cut up pork steaks including the bone, a red colored spice, rice and cilantro, all steamed to a lovely temperature and smell, served with anything yo little heart desires.

I have two favorites. I love pasteles when they are well done. My second favorite is plain white rice and pink beans with ham in them.

I fry plantains and form them into a cup and stuff with shrimp, onions, peppers. I don't know the name, sorry. I searched PR recipes on the internet.
