I realise there are also christians that send decent emails, and those christians dont deserve to be laughed at. The others do....so pleaseee let me read.. *share*. Ihave some on my blog. not much though

No need for you to appologise. I know decent christians are out there. I am aware however that bad behaviour is logically conclusive given the doctorines taught in the bible. Lucky some christians dont put a great deal of emphasis on the bible doctorines. And are free to focus on reality alot more. thumbs up

i guess some of my questions look way too rude. I thought the "Will there be assholes in heaven" would be a joke that even christians could laught at. I know some of the christians I have known would laugh at it. One christian got the joke.

For all the Christian hate mail anyone can handle.
Normal Bob Smith runs a website. http://www.jesusdressup.com which is #1 or #2 on a google search for Jesus. The hate mail is non-stop and his replies will have you gut laughing in a corner somewhere.
I haven't exactly gotten hate mail. I have gotten some hateful things said to me in debating through email and when debating in person though.
I have some audio clips of Christian callers to The Atheist Experience TV show. They get some awful hateful things said to them on their weekly program all the time.

I am neither, or at least I don't think I am.
Anyway, the way you are being treated is similar in action and reasoning to the war going on right now in Iraq.
They believe one thing, The U.S. believes another, and each one is trying to force the opinion on the other.( Right or wrong, I have to support the U.S., though, I live here!!! )
Wars are fought in the name of religion, and the sharp statements you get a no different. All it means is that you scare them, because maybe you make sense to them, and they do not want to lose sight of what they know to be true???
If you were no threat, then you wouldn't be getting these response or letters. Look at it that way, girl. You make a difference.

I got several telling me I need to accept God in my life cause with out him Im going to burn in hell. That they are going to pray for me cause my kids are not christians. That I am a sinner for not teaching my children God's word. That one day soon God is going to come back and all us non-believers are going to wish we had God in our life and beg to convert.
One asked me how am I going to fell when my soul is burning in hell. That the "non- believers" are all going to burn in hell cause they are unintelligent people cause they can't see god's light and accept him in their life.
I replied to their emails, with well I can't go to hell if I dont believe in it but if by chance your right I guess I will be seeing you at the gates of hell. Im sure hell sounds much more better then your heaven anyways cause at least there I wont have you bible thumpers to hear.
Some have it so they cant get email back but they sure like to send it. LOL

I am an Atheist and I have yet to receive any hate mail. I often receive a lot of thumbs down though.

I have gotten some burn in hell mails but I try to be nice here so I don't know what i did to deserve them. Most of them are actually nice and fair.

I want to apoligize for any hate mail from any christian, that isnot what God teaches. We are to love our enemies and pray for them not send hate mail. Of course God tells us that we will know our faith by the fruit it produces. If it is hate the faith probably is not very strong. Again I am sorry for them. God loves us all

Yes...lol...One of them called me a loser because I have to justify my beliefs, so I'm guesing there is no justification for their beliefs, or they are a hypocrite....either way it makes the individual look stupid.
