I actually meant someone using Yahoo! Answers but I noticed one of you nominating your parents and that is so sweet I can't refute it so I guess it can be anyone in your life you wish to talk about. :)

With so many flattering answers I can't choose a best one without being unfair. I found Tatsbabe's answer quite touching though. Anyway I will put this question to vote, just to be fair. Thanks for all your compliments. Good luck and have a good day. :)

Definitely, my parents. I love them very much.
Why? obviously they gave birth to me otherwise I would have been here today.

In real life I have to say, my husband. It is our 14th wedding anniversary tomorrow, we've been married since I was 19 and he was 21. Many people said it wouldn't last and that we were too young but they were wrong! We have been through a lot of horrible stuff in that time, we have been depressed and he had to eventually have counseling to help him deal with his past and look to the future. I feel this has changed him into a person who always has time for others and someone who can work through problems in his head to find the best solution.
He has helped me through some hellish moments of family troubles, self doubt and depression and I just wanna say thank you honey, you mean the world to me!
I realise he is not a regular poster on Answers but to be honest I don't really keep track of one persons answers.

My late father telling me and my siblings to "Take the High Road not the Low Road" taking the high road shows you will not stoop to a low or lower level than the person that has offended you. You will have the good sense to let it roll off your back and forget about it. Is it really worth the time, trouble and stress you put on yourself boiling over it. It also shows that you respect people more than that person. I hope this helps. it has helped me immensely in my personal and professional life.
