I guess our police department had nothing better to do.

Oh, believe me, there are such things as bogus charges. If there wasn't, how do you explain how someone who has been in jail for 5 days be accused of being on camera the night before using a stolen credit card?Unless theres a look alike somewhere. Once it was known that it was impossible the person did it, looks on the police officers face said it all. The look on mine was eyes rolled up.

Yes I know a few people who have been locked up and they are always inocent (let them tell it). All you can do is put a few dollars on thier books and get them a lawyer and be there in court. It does help when there are people in court for the one appearing. If the charges are bogus then it will get thrown out of court. If there is evidence then the person will get probation or time and fined. There could be more to the story than they are telling you if they are still in jail.

yeah i have many of times seems that is all i am attracted to. my ex was in prison for 4 years actually he been in more but the longest was four years. it takes a strong woman to deal with a man in prison you have to not only have patience you have to have endurance then dealing with their insecurities, and they want you to see them every week the high phone bills, you have to discipline you and your guy to keep the bills at hand and your mind. true you will be his back bone and whosever fault is was he is there and you have to deal with it if that is who you want to be with. i said my ex was in well now my future is in and actually i met him in there but he has a year to go and to make it better he is out of state and we been together for 3 it ain't easy but if that is who you deal with you will make a way and get through it but as i told you it takes a down woman to deal with their foolishness you have to also set your boundaries and limitations trust that or you will be in so much debt. remember, just cause he is in there don't mean you don't have a life outside those walls remind him of that and let him know you still have to survive it is rougher out here with survival than in there think about it that is why some are in there now cause they couldn't deal with the outside world or just got caught. it takes a whole lot of patience
