I would assume this isn't a slang term. A cow egg, also referred to as a oocyte. Is the egg a female cow produces, just as all other mammals, in order to reproduce. Either the egg becomes fertilized through copulation with a bull or it's flushed during the cows menstrual cycle.

um... im pretty sure by cow egg, you might be reffering to a cows overys producing an egg for reproduction. but thats just me. it could be a speical at a local diner or something.

there is no such thing as a cow egg.I don't know where you heard this but.you may have heard KO-HOG. spelled "quahog" it's very commen in New England,it's basically a really big clam.
