You can use them like any other tomato but they are great just as they are or with something to dip them in like you would celery or carrot sticks.

Put them in a casserole dish with lots of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put them in the oven until they completely burst but still have some shape. It's good over pasta. Better than raw cherry tomatos because flavor is concentrated.

Slice them in half and top them with a dab of flavored cream cheese (garden vegetable, chive, etc.) as an hors d'oeuvre. Or add them to a veggie tray with your favorite dip.

Use them to dip in cheese fondue, or slice them, put them on small bread rounds, sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese and broil them until the bread is browned as an appetizer.

Slice in half and marinate them in Italian or French dressing, then mix with thin-sliced celery and cucumbers that've also been marinated in the same dressing. Serve over lettuce leaves as a salad. You can substitute sharp Cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterrey Jack cheese cubes for the cucumbers.

Those are some of the ideas that came to mind.

Use them in salad, dehydrate them for sauces, halve them and mix with sliced cucmber tossed in Italian dressing for a nice side dish, hollow out and stuff with tuna salad or cream cheese with bacon, quarter them and use in tacos, put them on shish-kabobs, or give them away!
