No. It's in violation of the HIPPA law for you to find out that information on-line or anywhere else. If you are concerned ask them to get an HIV test done. I did when I first starting dating my fiance. Usually people don't get offended (especially these days) if someone asks the person they are dating to get tested. It's always better to be safe than sorry!

Don't even waste one second of your time on this one, sweetie. All of this is protected information under Federal Law under the HIPAA Confidentiality Laws. I am a nurse and know this for a fact!

No. Ask him to be tested if your worried. If he refuses then maybe he's trying to hide something and he's not worth risking your life for. Good Luck!

No. It's none of your business. If you're having sex with him/her, you should be practicing safe sex anyway.

How does he/she know if YOU are clean?

Be safe!
