I read the study that came out about cinnamon. You have to take 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon every day. The study was for 45 days. They found that after patients went off the cinnamon, their high blood sugar returned. They are still studying the long term possibilities.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Absolutely true.... Click the link below to see it on the USDA's website....
For type I and type II diabetics (and those who are overweight and could potentially become diabetic). Copy and bookmark the webpages I‘ve listed below… they are invaluable for those with diabetes and/or weight problems...
I've found a wonderful book that will help you control your diabetes and minimize or even eliminate the complications. Some folks who became diabetic due to poor diet and obesity are effectively cured by following the advice in this book. I'm a type II (inherited), but it helps all types, especially those who became diabetic due to poor eating habits. It's by an author who has really done his homework, Patrick Quillin, Phd. It's called, "The Diabetes Improvement Program". I have tried his suggestions and found them to be very helpful. I have no complications whatsoever and my blood sugar levels are quite stable. Yes, I still have to take Metformin (Glucophage) daily, but it's the minimum dosage (500mg) and I only have to take it twice a day. I have been off Metformin for as much as a week, but this was with vigorous exercise. Many, what I call, non-hereditary type IIs (those that don't have a close relative who had it) have gotten off medication completely, just with diet, exercise, and supplements. So, in some instances, it most certainly can be 'effectively' cured. Read more about it here:
http://www.diabetesimprovement.com/
The book explains what's going on in our system and what to do about it. It's really easy and inexpensive. It's basically diet, supplements, and exercise. For example, did you know that cinnamon helps blood sugar absorption? It also controls cholesterol and triglycerides. This is according to the USDA:

For men: Are you suffering from erectile dysfunction? I was. Yes, WAS. Now that everything's under control, I'm able to have nearly normal sex again. I've also put together a little webpage highlighting some of the things I've learned here:

In addition to Metformin and Actos (perscribed by my physician) I take 1000 mgs of Cinnamon a day. I am also beginning to read up on apple cider vinegar (used at meal times). I do believe it helps.

If you ask me, I do believe it. Yes I do agree that natural foods can help. I've seen it work on so many people that I just keep recommending it. Because the only people who know they work are people who actually took the initiative to try it. Garlic is fantastic too. If you can't eat original food, get a good supplement of it in capsule form. Nutrilite is a good, trusted brand with quality supplements.

The key word here is "help with treatment" not a cure but it does help lower BS even in us type 1's
But you can not add it to any sugar! add it too your tea's & cereals without any sugar.
You can also try Gurmar from your health food store it also helps to lower the BS
Good Luck
