I think the Japanese words for Metal Paw are Metaru Po and for Soul of Darkness it's Sauru Avvu Dakkunesu but I'm not sure. I need the kanji for those two phrases pretty soon...

If you think the Japanese for that is what you had, then there would be no kanji for it. Japanese is not all katakana words and it's insulting for you to think that.

To get kanji for it, you'd have:
Metal paw (kinzoku ashi): 金属足
Soul of Darkness (tamashii no yami): 魂の闇

'Soul of Darkness' is ソウル・オブ・ダークネス if you are asking about a proper noun such as the title of a song or something.

'Metal Paw'
metal is either "kinzoku" 金属 or metaru メタル in Japanese, but
Japanese language doesn't have the word describe only animal hand or foot. hand is "te" 手、foot is "ashi" 足 . You can use both Japanese words for human being's hand and foot as well.

Japanese learn English at school but paw is the English word which is not frequently used in japan.
So if you say "Animal metal hand" or "Animal metal foot" in English language many Japanese people understand those English words.

But If I describe your avatars picture, it is more like foot print so, I would say 金属の足跡(kinzoku no ashiato) or 金属製の足跡(kinzoku sei no ashi ato ). Ashiato means foot print.
”sei” 製 means "made by"

If I translate straightly Metal pow from English to Japanese.
Metal Pow is 金属の手(kinzoku no te)
or 金属の足(kinzoku no ashi)

we can also say
金属製の手(kin soku sei no te)
金属製の足(kin zoku sei no ashi)

.

The previous people have you covered for 'metal paw', but their translations of 'Soul of Darkness' are a bit off. Properly it would be 闇の魂 (yami no tamashii) or, if you want to get a little more poetic, 暗黒の魂 (ankoku no tamashii).

When I figure out how to get the computer to type in kanji... I"ll let you know.

Metal Paw is = Kinzoku ashi

Soul of Darkness is = Tamashi no aru kurayami

***Soul depends on how you mean it. If you mean to say wraith like as in ghost it is hito. If you mean it in the sense of spirit it is tamashii

I think its a matter of too many cooks spoiling the soup! Quit! .... what do you need those words for?

May be the answer is much simpler.... if I know what you really want> Otherwise ....be prepared to have a thousand answers from a thousand 'wise samurais' out there!
