if your sending out invitations you can plan on approx a 15-20% no show. Consider quick and easy foods. Like grilled items, hors d'ouerves, snacks, chips, dips, fruit platters, which will allow you the host to also mingle with the guests. The more disposable items you use, the easier the clean-up. Lots of Garbage Cans. If you plan on renting Tables and Chairs, plan on seating for about 80-90. Try and get either 72" round tables or even 90" round tables which will allow you to sit anywhere between 8-12 guests. Your local Costco, BJ's, Sams Club or even the Dollar Store can greatly assist you with Paper Plates, Cups, Utensils and even consider using plastic tongs and serving spoons.
