wasabi what?

Will consuming an excruciating amount of wasabi, all at one time, lead to any serious health problem(s) and or, blithely, death?

The vapors from the heat might interfere with your breathing for sure. You'll know what I mean if you have ever got a bit stuck in the back of your throat and coughed like a crazy thing. I think your senses would stop you from eating enough to kill you but if you consumed a heap of it, I am pretty sure that your ring piece would never forgive you! Possibly what Jonny Cash's Ring Of Fire was about!

If you are eating the wasabi you get with sushi, it's not even wasabi, it's green colored horseradish! It can still mess you up!

Why would you in the first place?

-It depends on how much, Wasabi is a spicy Japanese Horse Raddish which is good for you and it contains anti-toxins but you could cough and choke to death from the heat.
