Upper tract infections...usually runny nose ,stuffiness, painful sinuses, purulent and foul smelling discharge in severe sinusitis.....Lower tract infections...cough, usually productive with foul smelling or greenish sputum,chest pain,wheezing , fever and other constitutional symptoms...

Cough, cold, chest indrawing, stridor , wheeze, fast breathing.
Also fever.
