Protein=fish, raw nuts, chicken [steamed/grilled] and eggs
Legumes=beans
Lots of dark green veggies
eat raw fruit/veggies
Drink water 60-80ounces a day with "fresh lime" to help cleanse and its an alkaline, not an acid.
Use the lemon to flavor the foods.
potions of the food will = the size of the palm of your hand, eat 5-8 times a day
Start with the first light meal within a hour of waking up, last snack is 4 hours before bedtime, no sugar at that time either.
ENJOY!

Snack on things like fresh veggies and fruits. They are full of fiber and give you plenty of nutrients. Drink water. Cut out junk and processed foods as much as possible. "diet" foods are bad for your body. Low fat protiens like tofu and tempeh are great. Read the labels of the items that you buy at the grocery store. Get up and move more and all this will help you slim down. :) Best of luck to you! It's hard don't give up if you have a bad day.

Eat healthy...a well balanced diet...keep away from junk food and the stuff that caused you to need to diet in the first place...
...and keep exercising...that's always been a key for me...I can eat just about anything I want (within reason) if i keep up with my workouts...I prefer doing that to not working out, and not being able to treat myself...

I'm not totally sure of that, but I hear celebrities and such say to avoid eating bread. As for what to eat, salads, fruits, and low-fat, healthy items are always good.

Assuming you're a man, I'd go for less fat, more protein, coupled with a considerable amount of excercise.
