well I'm not sure about the HPV but they found pre-cancerous on my cervix It's called displaysia and after my daughter was born they did a procedure called a LEEP where they remove part of your cervix

Happened to my mom, but she wasn't pregnant. They burnt out the lesions with liquid nitrogen and did a DNC. Obviously, they can't do a DNC if you're pregnant, but they can destroy the lesions. They may suggest you have a C-section to keep the baby from contracting the virus during delivery.
Just FYI... she contracted it at 19 (she only had 1 lover b4 my dad, and my dad was a virgin when they first met), and her lesions didn't show up until she was 33...

instead of giving birth vaginally they will do a c-section
