Try this recipe Put thinly sliced strips of carrot in a piece of foil, drizzle orange juice and a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil(virgin) add a little frshly ground black pepper, a slice of onion, fold the foil up tight and cook at 150 degrees for 14/15 mins, delicious nice with new potatoes par-boiled then cracked(just press gently until they crack open) put in oven proof dish and drizzle olive oil over them and finish cooking in the oven for about 15mins

Enjoy

I like to cut 'v' shaped strips out of the sides of the carrot, and then when you slice it you get a shape like a flower. Its great in curries, stews, salads, sandwiches, or on their own buttered with mint sauce Mmmmm

I used to love carrots, but then I caught them in the same veggie bed as the potatoes.....All veggies are the same, they let you down in the end.
