twice a day, means every 12 hours.
so if you take it at 8am, take it at 8pm the next time.
Stick to the times you choose.
READ THE LABEL as it may say take with or before a meal etc.

I would take it so there would be about 12 hours in between each dose of medication. i.e. 7 am and 7 pm

whenever you want, but make sure the two doses are approximately 12 hours apart

with two good meals. maybe lunch and dinner or breakfast and lunch if it makes you no sleep. whatever is best for you.
