Anything with trans fat. It's bad stuff!!
Check the ingredient list. If partially hydrogenated oils are used, then it has trans fat in it.

It's better to talk about what you SHOULD eat.
Eat food that is NOT processed. If it comes in a box on the shelf, do not eat it.
Stick to nuts and grains. Almonds, cashews, buckwheat, quinoa.
Leafy greens like Rainbow Chard, Dinosaur Chard, Spinach, Bok Choy.
All the fruit you can get your hands on.
Buy organic as often as you can. Better for you. Better for the planet.
