Some people wear tin-foil hats to keep extra-terrestrials from taking over their brains. Some people try to prevent war by having a huge arsenal of nuclear weapons.
If you use tetracycline habitually or without supervision, you will actually decrease it's effectiveness as an antibiotic. Antibiotics- even when they are working at their full potential- do absolutely nothing against viruses. HIV, hepes and the human papyloma virus that causes genital warts are all viruses and unfazed by antibiotics. A latex condom has been shown to protect against HIV and to be useful -but not 100% effective- against the spread of herpes and wart virus, but then only if the condom completely covers the affected area, which it won't.
I'm going to try to stay a little bit PG here and hope that a word to the wise will suffice. Part of the reason that oral is so popular nowadays is that it gives you a chance to see- up close and personal- just what you are getting yourself, um, into.
I wouldn't even go to a chat room with a prostitute unless I was wearing a latex (not goat intestine) condom. But that's just me.
Be safe.

OK , lets get the funda clear . Tetracycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic produced by the streptomyces bacterium, indicated for use against many bacterial infections. It is commonly used to treat acne. It is sold under the brand names Sumycin®;, Tetracyn®; and Panmycin®, among others. Since tetracycline is absorbed into bone, it is used as a marker of bone growth for biopsies in humans, and as a biomarker in wildlife to detect consumption of medicine- or vaccine-containing baits. The presence of tetracyline in bone is detected by its fluorescence.
Now, Drugs in the tetracycline class are often used to treat the infection(STD) but i think it not 100% foolproof .
So , better behave and use condom . Better find a sex partner who is as pro-active as you .
Have a blast :-p

No it does not prevent all STDs. You can still get AIDS and Herpes. It's simply not worth it. If you must go to one of these place, use a condom. The smartest thing to do would be to NOT GO.
