Oh yeah, Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice is meat product free. I didnt see any meat or meat accessories on the ingredients list.

It's my opinion that if you're that obsessed with food and it's effect on your body that you have gone vegan, you should be eating _real_ food, and not processed junk, otherwise it somewhat defeats the object of the exercise.

But that's just an opinion of course...
