Only if you are fasting on a pure vegetable diet for a week or so. You need beans/grains/legumes/nuts/seeds to make protein. The amino acids have got to be there for you. Veggies only wouldn't have enough fats to keep your hair healthy. You would need a B12 vitamin at the very least.

Not at all. While vegetables are very good for you, you will still need your fruits and grains.

Fruits and vegetables will give you the majority of the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Protein as well, if you eat beans and nuts.

No. Being a vegan is healthy, but we eat more than just vegetables. We eat fruits, vegetables, whole grain pasta and bread, nuts, lentils, seeds, and soy foods (tofu, soy milk, veggie burgers,etc)

Only veggies? No. Check out the vegetarian food pyramid. You need whole grains, fruit, legumes etc.

You might want to have protien in your diet.
Check the vetetarian meals and how they
balance a number of foods to be healthy.
