Yes you can use peanut oil as both have about the same smoking point so you won't have to change anything in the recipe. The taste will be the same as both have a neutral flavor that is perfect for frying foods.

In this recipe, it should be fine. The sesame oil flavor in the stir fry would go good with the broccoli. However, Sesame oil should not always be substituted for peanut oil. In most cases, peanut oil is used to deep fry food. The others are correct, Canola oil would be the much better substitute of the 2 in other recipes.

Peanut oil is traditionally used in many Chinese recipes.
You can even cook this dish by melting a glop of peanut butter in the pan. When I do this, I use the kind of peanut butter that contains no added ingredients--just peanuts. Believe me, it's damn fine.

No problem although you might want to cook over a slightly lower heat (peanut oil "smokes" at a lower heat and could ad a smoky flavor)

Sunflower oil, corn oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, canola oil, all are healthier then the vegetable oil out there. It may slightly differ the taste, but, that might just be for the better.

You can try a combination of any oils you like. My particular favorites are sesame oil, peanut oil, chili oil. If you want to adjust the intensity of the flavor, you can add corn oil.

peanut oil will be fine. Many Chinese cookbooks call for peanut oil.
You probably won't be able to taste the difference.
Make sure that no one has a peanut allergy.

Use any cooking oil accept for olive oil. I think olive oil will smoke when the temperature gets too hot. That's why we pour olive oil in cold food.
