I'll go for noodles, for they are less stuffy and one is always light. But thats not the case with rice bec of carbohydrates and a lot of starch. I prefer noodles cooked or steamed with leafy vegetables, chilly of course and some garnishing. Yummy. It goes well if you have the right dose of home prepared dressings as well.

I like noodles better. I have eaten rice too many times that i start to get a little tired of it.
