Snacks: Dry roasted Cashewnuts, Peanuts etc
Meals: Typical Indian meals with rice, lentil soup , vegetables and plain yogurt and paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
Once in a while: Amy's bean enchilada, cheese enchilada, mac & cheese, Amy's burritos etc
Ice cream: Tofutti chocolate & vanilla 'Marry me' bars
Other sources: Cottage cheese(Hood's/Cabot), Tofu, Variety of lentils/beans, homemade sprouted lentils, Milk, Soy nuggets etc etc

Veggie Burgers, Peanut Butter, ChickPeas, Hummus, Oatmeal, Chickn Veggie Burgers, Marinated Tofu, Skim Milk, Pistachios, finished Wheat Bread. i would be somewhat a wellness freak. :D

Bean burritos....and peanut butter sandwiches. Try lentil soup. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do make veggie meals from time to time.

I eat Boca and Quorn products and whole grains for protein. For snack I'll eat whole wheat pita bread with hummus or a bag of soy crisps.

I like the Gardenburgers with the works. There is actually such a bigger market for vegeterian choices, compared to what there used to be. I give them to my kids and they have no idea that they are not real burgers. They are extremely high in protein.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I do like veggies. You could try broccoli,
stuff with peanut butter, cauliflower, soups, and fruits.
