You can buy spice paste in any Asian market, or a powdered spice mix. Laksmi brand comes to mind.
Brown your onions, meat and veg first; sprinkle with the spice powder or add the paste, and mix well, allowing the spices to start to cook. Add either 4 large tomatos chopped, or about 150 gr (one pot) of thick plain (unsweetened) yogurt. Cover, lower the heat and allow to cook slowly until meat is done.
Quantity of spice depends on the quantity of meat you're using, and your personal taste. Some spice mixes can be quite strong so start with less than you think you'd like and go from there.

im assuming chicken curry... Well i would add lots off water and let it cook on a slow heat. If u want a recipes thats another thing.

.did worked for a Pakistani family once, and the old lady of the family cooked me some traditional type meals, and they were stunning, far better the anything i have had in restaurants
