Since my diagnoses of HSV2 i had no outbreaks, the person i was intimate with had a test done, and it was false positive, he had another test done recently...and everything came out negative, he does't have it. The question was since i don't have any signs and symtoms can it be inside of the vagina in my case?

And we want to continue being intimate, but he is scared to, since he has kidney transplant....want to know is there any safe way for us to be intimate with each other without me jeopardizing his health?

I think that for peace of mind you both should go to a different clinic than what you've gone and get a second opinion, I mean take another test. IF he tests negative on this one, then thats a definite negative.

There are people that are just carriers of the virus. They are able to transmit the virus to others but they never have outbreaks.
If you use a condom he should be safe.
To answer your question, yes the outbreak could be localized just inside of the vagina, but your first outbreak is the worst.
If you would have already had your first outbreak you would DEFINITELY KNOW. It hurts, it itches, it burns, and there is this white mucous, sort of like pus, that you secrete.
You can have sex when you are HSV+ BUT YOU HAVE TO USE A CONDOM. I mean there is no ifs, ands, or buts about this, there weren't any before you tested positive, but now you have to go beyond yourself and think of the consequences on all of your sexual partner's life.....
IN ANOTHER WORDS USE A CONDOM!!!!!

In the inside and outside. Herpes doesn't care about location.

I would have your doctor do a pap test on you and see if that where it might be.
safer the better since herpes is a virus and not cure but treat able with medicine.

Using condoms, and you taking the antiviral drug acyclovir will reduce the risk, but cannot eliminate it.
He is at even greater risk with his transplant, if it were me, I'd tell him goodbye, find someone with the same problem as you, don't risk his life for the sake of sex.
