Hainanese Chicken Rice. It's so yummy. The chicken is boiled, take it out from the stock and let the liquid drip. The rice is then cook with the stock. Before that, they sauteed the rice in butter or fat, put in the stock and steam it. It is served with a special chili sauce, tomato, and cucumber. The chicken is then cut. A variation of these, a char shui is served together with the chicken. Yummy.

I would have to say Lo Mein. It kinda reminds me of a chinese style spaghetti, noodles are 2-3 times thicker than regular spaghetti, plus theres chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, carrots, onions, and green onions, all tossed together and seasoned(not hot) in a lite oil coating to keep all the ingredients from sticking together. Ooooh,I want some now!

Chow Fun is our favorite. It is a dish with big thick rice noodles stir-fried in a sauce with scallions and your choice of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp or a combination of all of them. We usually get the beef. We tried it one time to try something new and "fun" and now Chow Fun is a must when the Chinese urge hits. Enjoy!!

Sesame Chicken is Awesome!
Depends on your palate. Some like it spicy, so be sure to ask how it is made! I'm sure the restaurant would make the food to your spice level! I've gone to three different restaurants and each one had a certain twist on the same (Sesame Chicken) receipt! Good Luck!

I love the chicken mango pineapple at Joy Yee Noodle, They serve it in a half pineapple.

My favorite appetizer is pot stickers. They are a lot smaller than egg roll and have more flavor.

Mandarin lamb is good. It is lamb pieces with green onion and bean sprouts. Since I don't eat a lot of lamb--it is more exotic.

Have plum wine with your dinner. It really adds to the flavor.

Hong Kong Steak, it is a fantastic piece of meat that is mairinated in asian sauces and then char broiled to order. You can have a great side of Chinese veggies with it and I know that you will love it. They also do Chicken that way if you aren't into red meat.
