Hey PETA, If God did not want us to eat cows, why did he make them out of tasty, delicious beef?

Except PETA is trying to do stuff to us. They lie over and over for political gain. If it was in their power, they would keep everyone from eating meat. They are dictatorial.

The reason that we don't eat human flesh is because we are speciest. I care more about humans than any other creature. There is a difference from eating meat and being a cannibal.

Hey, d'ya know that's not actually a terrible argument. I don't believe in god, but I believe in evolution. Evolution has made it so that we are adapted to eat meat, it is a very nutritious foodstuff and contains many nutrients which are hard to get from plants, or not as good quality from plants and one which simply doesn't exist in plants (B12). Yes, nowadays those nutrients can be got from other sources, but until very recently that was not the case as people couldn't pop down the local shop and pick some exotic fruits high in certain vitamins, they could only eat what was available in their immediate area. Of course in their immediate area they couldn't get a whole range of nutrients from plants, so they ate meat to get them. Without meat we would have died, thus evolution had to make sure we ate it, hence why it tastes so good.

So, if you rearrange the equation, evolution made meat tasty because it wanted us to eat it; if you believe in God I suppose that argument can be used for that God wants us to eat meat too.

Where exactly does PETA say you should eat meat?? That's just ridiculous. PETA is trying to stop the exploitation of non-human animals in all aspects of society. I don't see how the food industry would be any different

Hm well have you tried eating human lately? I've heard it's delicious (note the sarcasm). Animals are not ours to eat. We have no right to go kill another being just so we can have a "tasty,delicous beef". I bet you wouldn't like it if animals put humans into factory farms, killed them, then wrapped their body parts in plastic and put them into supermarkets.

PETA are all nut jobs, they tried telling me that human are not omnivores which is bull. Then they tried saying that animals do not contribute to biomedical researche, but im pretty sure they make insulin for diabetics from animals. Im not for killing for fun, nor do I wear furs, but if i want to eat steak with potatoes like a good human, im damn well gonna.

im for PETA...i highly discourage the use of furs...but i also eat meat. peta doesnt say you shouldnt eat animals for nutrition. they say that you shouldnt kill animals just for the sake of wearing their furs.
