Yeah you can eat the skin of the potato. It doesn't really taste that good to me but you might like it. I think the inside taste the best.

All kinds of people eat the skins of potatoes. (especially new potatoes) I only eat them on new potatoes, because the skin is thin, and it does enhance the taste. I do not like older potato skins, however, many people eat the skins as baked potatoes or cut homefries, and even just the skins alone! (served w/ cheese and bacon bits, and sour cream)

Yes you can eat it. I don't like it from a baked potato, but when they're boiled it tastes okay. There're plenty of restaurants who make potato skins, so of course you can eat them. You can ask for them to not have bacon on them if you're a vegetarian.
If you're cooking the potatoes yourself, just make sure you wash the skin well if you plan on eating it.

Yes. The skin of the potato is very nutritious. However, I prefer only the skins of the red potatoes. I find the russets and others are grainy. Nothing better than the baby red potatoes..skin on.

unless she is meaning his a potato.

But seriously , Yes of course you can eat the Skin of a Potoato, make sure its washed , and cleaned , and cooked first, but it really does the Pototo wonders, with the flavour by leaving the skin on it.

I hear, that most of the skins of the fruit and veges, that we eat, consist of more Nutrients , and are healthier for us , than the whole fruit that we eat.
