We just found out that my stepson is diabetic and we wanted to take a class to better have us understand it ?

Where are you in Texas? You can call 311 from anywhere in the state of Texas and ask for diabetes education classes. They will provide you with the resources in your area. You can also call the American Diabetes Association or visit their website. Then you can find some resources in your area, and maybe some at no cost. I know of some in the San Antonio area that are at no cost. Good luck.

You can make an appt then email the volunteers and they will tell you of affordable places to stay and some of the hotels have shuttle buses that can take you two to a theme park, etc to blow off steam afterward. It will be the trip of a lifetime as this is the start of his healthy life.
