Veggie burgers are wonderful on the grill! Some people don't like them, and they do take some time to get used to, but the grill makes them amazing! Also try grilling veggies sliced in a foil bag with some salad dressing...yum! Now I'm hungry.
There are also veggie hotdogs, I don't like them unless they're grilled though. Also try eggplant on the grill. Check out some veggie cookbooks too. There are some really hip ones like _The Garden of Vegan_ and _How it all Vegan_

I am a semi-vegetarian meaning the only "meat" I eat is fish/seafood. When grilling, I like grilled veggies, veggie burgers, and grilled pollenta- yum! Go to a cooking recipe website like foodnetwork.com and check some out! There are a lot of alternatives- If you were really desperate, I guess a tofu dog but I've never had that because it looks iffy- but tofu in lettuce wraps are good!

I would recommend buying some veggie burgers and giving them to your family members to put on the grill. That way, you can still have an entree, but one that's meat-free. Also, you can opt for grilled vegetables. Try veggie kabobs. Sweet potatoes (and regular potatoes) are filling enough to be a meal, especially when paired with rice and other side dishes.

Garden burgers are pretty decent. They don't taste like meat, but they taste good.
Teriyaki-marinated tofu can grill up nice if you pick the very firm kind and oil the grill carefully.
I love to grill vegetables too: zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, sweet corn and asparagus all cook up extremely nice with a little drizzle of olive oil and garlic.

Mmm... One of my favourites is grilled portabella mushroom caps. I just brush them lightly with olive oil, sprinkle them with kosher salt and some black pepper, and grill. Once they're off the grill I like to top them with a few leaves of fresh basil, a slice of tomato and some mozzarella cheese.
Veggie kebabs are another option, just skewer chunks of bell peppers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, pineapple, &c on bamboo skewers (be sure to soak the skewers in water beforehand so they don't burn).
Of course, as others have mentioned, there are veggie burgers and hot dogs that are pretty tasty.

Veggie burgers (garden burgers are the best), grilled onions, peppers, corn on the cob, mushrooms (the "meat" of the veggie world) esp. portabellos are great.
Wrap sweet potatoes in foil and let it sit on the grill till cooked through.
For dessert:
Grill liced pineapple rings covered with cinnamon and brown sugar/honey. Serve with ice-cream.
Skewer cubes of pound cake with strawberries, brush with honey and grill.

Easy Peasy! Grill firm or extra firm tofu and baste with your favorite bbq sauce. Grill vegetables. Bring along nice bean salads, or pasta salad made with whole wheat pasta. I've started adding so many fruits and vegetables to our table that the meat pretty much gets ignored.

They make vegetarian hot dogs, "chicken" and "beef" strips, and rib-lets. Also there are lots of vegetables that are great grilled, corn on the cob for one.
