do you mean your 13 birthday party? or do you mean your 13th party...?
If you mean for a b-day party then I would suggest inviting a few close friends and go shopping, eat, and maybe go to a spa. If not that go to a hot springs if there's one nearby you! If you live close to a big city( within an hour) then ask your parents to take you and a close friend and stay in a hotel and shop and so whatever! If you want a party, then find somewhere they let kids rent to have parties then have some music, food, boys ...lol Any of those ideas should work?
If you're talking about a party that's not for a birthday then just have it where you usually do I guess... ;-) hope i helped! good luck !

Your local community center. They usually have all the activities you need to have fun, like basketball or volleyball, swimming, tumbling, etc. You can work with the activities director to find a few things that you and your friends would like and have a really cool party. Best of all, the parents would appreciate that there's a lot of supervision and you can have lots of fun with your friends doing the things you all like to do.

Matters how many people your inviting. Lots, then you should go somewhere like bowling or the pool or rent space and throw a real party.

it depends how many people are coming..i thought about having my party down at the waterfront (ha I live by a river) but i just found out like 1 day ago dat dere will be a festival dere..so now im having it catered at a resturaunt...lol...where ever you and your friends decide???

you should have your 13th party @ a skating rank, have a pool party, @ a theme park if you have one by you, a hotel party,or @ your house

Have it at my house, I have a pool and a jacuzzi. The only catch is I charge admission at the door!

if it's all girls then try a paint-your-own-pottery place. it's pretty fun with a group of people and many places let you bring in cake and stuff.

well it depends on your personality: are you a party kind of person or are you a person who likes to sit and relax on a weekend...long story short...it depends on your personality...thats what i think
