You could try intro vitro fertinlzation...heres a link. I hope you can start a family, but feel lucky for what you have, some of us just might never get the chance.

It shouldn't be a problem, the virus can be stopped from infecting the baby, just let your doctor know

I highly suggest you DON'T have a baby. If you are implying you have HIV or HPV, adopt a child---that way your child won't contract HIV or HPV.
