Do you have an Indian, Middle Eastern, or similar store near you? Check there... Apparently, some Indians call it "kalonji."
Also, check Namaste - I've posted a link below.

The seeds sold as Nigella or Kalonji are a type of onion seed and should not be confused with the plant Nigella (common Name Love in a Mist) Most Asian or ethnic food shops will sell them, I frequently use them in lentil soups, and some casseroles and curries.
Black Cumin, or Kali jeera is also available from ethnic grocery stores, and goes very well with nigella as a seasoning ingredient.
Nigella seeds are also sold at garden centres as wild bird food - but I would not recommend this source for cooking.

Nigella is grown as an ornamental flower in this country, you can get them really easily. They are easy to grow and they get big seed pods stuffed with seeds. I didn't know they were edible.
Search for "nigella + your country + seed nursery", or search for nurseries.

Probably at any garden centre or maybe at your local supermarket. They are lovely. Also called 'Love in a Mist'.
